 The heart of every Sri Lankan house is its kitchen and this was the place that Peter Kuruvita spent much of his early childhood, alongside his grandmother, watching as she prepared family meals. Most Sri Lankan recipes are passed down through the generations, so this talented head chef of iconic Sydney restaurant – Flying Fish – was drawn back to his family roots to capture the essence of this cuisine.
